How to Place Order?

1) Please email to myclosetonline@ymail.com or myclosetonline@gmail.com to place an order with the below details:

a) Name
b) Contact no
c) Product code
d) Color
e) Quantity
f) Receiver name
g) Delivery address
h) Shipment Method(Pos Laju/Pos Daftar)


(*Please ensure that there'll be people around to pick up the shipment when it arrives)

2) Upon receiving the order email, we will reply your mail within 24 hour to confirm the availability of the item and will issue you an invoice to your email. Kindly check the order. Bank details will be given to you for payment. Payments must be made within 2 days or your order will be canceled.
Kindly inform us through email once payment has been made. After payment is made, please send us notification email with the following details:

a) Method of payment ( Bank name, ATM fund transfer, online banking fund transfer, or bank in through the cash deposit machine)

b) Date and time of deposit ( reference no. printed on the transaction script if paid or print screen of payment that made through online transfer)


Ready Stock
1) We will try our best to process your order within the shortest duration possible (approximately 2-3 days). If the ordered items are out of stock, it may take up 10-14 days for our part to order from the manufacturer or customer can request for refund or exchange of items in same price.

2) My Closet only supports cash deposit to our banking account,online transfer or credit card payment via PAYPAL account. Upon confirmation, we will provide bank details for payment.

3) Ready Stock Items will be sent out within 2 days after payment is made. (except of Sundays, Saturdays and public holidays).
Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as Pos Laju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest Pos Laju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.


Pre-Order Items (applicable only for Pre-Order Album)

* Payment is not refundable within the stock pending period, but if order is out of stock, 100% payment will be refunded.

* Pre-Order items would take approximately 2 weeks from the closing date to reach my Closet, if buyer is not able to wait, please do not make your order.

* Buyer is required to pay 50% deposit once order has been confirmed and the remaining 50% to be paid when goods arrive in My Closet from manufacturer.
